What do you do when you wake up (or find yourself) in a “funk”?  I was discussing this question with some people at lunch today and it was quite interesting to hear that everyone (even the men!) had something that they do to snap them out of it.

I wear a piece of jewelry that makes me smile or a favorite outfit that I feel really good in.
